Shipping

Every Square Pedal piece is made to order, so it takes a few extra days to make before it ships.

Processing Time

Orders are made and packed within 3–7 business days. During drops and holidays it can take a little longer — we’ll email you if anything is delayed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. All in, plan on about 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. There are no customs or import fees to pay on delivery — they’re already covered.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print shop.

Orders With Multiple Items

Items in the same order may be printed and shipped separately, so they can arrive on different days. You won’t pay extra shipping when that happens.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking stops moving or your order shows up damaged, email hello@squarepedal.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We’ll make it right.

Address Changes

Need to fix your address? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been printed we may not be able to change it.
