By using squarepedal.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they’re short.

Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if a product is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is due when you order.

Made-to-Order Products

Every piece is printed after you order it. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the finished product, and small variations in print placement are normal. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for misprints and sizing.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping policy, and returns and exchanges in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Our Artwork

All designs, illustrations, logos and content on this site are owned by Square Pedal and protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don’t copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Using the Site

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Square Pedal isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
