Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. Here’s how it works.

The Fit Promise

Ordered the wrong size? You get one free size exchange per order. Request it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send the right size at no cost to you.

How to Request a Swap

• Email hello@squarepedal.com with your order number and the size you need.
• We’ll reply with next steps, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Your new size is printed and shipped just like a new order.

Items should be unworn and unwashed.

Misprints & Defects

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If it doesn’t fit, the Fit Promise has you covered.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
